How does someone connect to ministry at Horizon?

A believer can learn about his/her spiritual gifts by taking an inventory and meeting with our volunteer coordinator.

There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. (1 Corinthians 12:4-5)

A believer can volunteer in one area of ministry, either in or outside of Horizon on a regular basis.

Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms. (1 Peter 4:10)

A believer should learn to give what he/she can (money, time, service) to strengthen the church.

But just as you excel in everything – in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness and in your love for us – see that you also excel in this grace of giving. (2 Corinthians 8:7)
