We believe that worship of God is the catalyst for transformation in individuals’ lives and in the church.

#2 – LOST PEOPLE MATTER
We believe that lost people matter to God, and therefore, ought to matter to the church.
“I will search for the lost and bring back the strays …” – Ezekiel 34:16
“Does he not leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it?” - Luke 15:4
#3 – RELEVANT & PURE
We believe that the church should be culturally relevant while remaining doctrinally pure.
“The Lord was with Joseph and he prospered, and he lived in the house of his Egyptian master … but he refused to go to bed with (his masters wife) or even be with her.” - Genesis 39:2, 7, 10
“Paul stood up in the meeting of the Areopagus and said: ‘Men of Athens! I see that in every way you are very religious.’” – Acts 17:22
#4 – LIFELONG GROWTH
We believe that Christians should be committed to continuous life-long growth.
“And the boy Samuel continued to grow in stature and in favor with the Lord and with men.” - 1st Samuel 2:26
“But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” - 2 Peter 3:18
#5 – EVERY MEMBER A MINISTER
We believe that all Christians have been given gifts to build up the body of Christ.
“So Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him in the presence of his brothers, and from that day on the Spirit of the Lord came upon David in power.” - 1 Samuel 16:13

We believe that healthy relationships should permeate every aspect of church life.

“Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves.” – Romans 12:9-10

We believe that life-change happens best in small groups.

We believe that excellence honors God and inspires people.

We believe that churches should be led by men and women with leadership gifts.

“We have different gifts according to the grace given us … if it is leadership, let him govern diligently.” – Romans 12:6, 8
#10 – COURAGE & RISK
We believe the love of God compels us to risk our very lives if need be to fulfill Christ’s commission.
